How many sweets can I have in a bag?

You can pick as many as you like. 

We currently have 3 bags sizes 500g, 1kg and 1.6kg. 

If your sweet are greater than 1.6kg we will divide them evenly across bags.

(E.g you order 2kg of sweets these will be divide between two 1kg bags).

What courier and service do you use?

We use the Post Office as our courier.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a service which aims to deliver in 1 -3 working days.

This service offers full end to end tracking with a photo available upon delivery, so you’ll know when your item has arrived at its destination. And there is even an option to add a signature upon delivery.

The person receiving your parcel will also get an SMS or email notification when it’s delivered.

How are my sweets stored?

Each sweet is individually stored in an air tight container labelled with expire date and allergen information.

How long do the sweets last?

All our stocked sweets have a long shelf life. For the best possible taste and quality, we recommend you consume your sweets within four weeks. This will guarantee maximum freshness and quality, whilst preserving flavour and texture.
